Kindful.co is a sole tradership in Forres, in the north of Scotland between Aberdeen and Inverness. The area of operation is primarily within Scotland.
Kindful.co is the successor to the social enterprise, Compassion 'n Action, which operated 2009-2014.
Claralynn Nunamaker brings over 10 years' experience delivering communications workshops to groups in the UK, as well as nearly two decades of experience as a committed Buddhist pracitioner. A certified Health & Wellness Coach, she holds a certificate in Groupwork from the Centre of Therapy in Glasgow and is a Counseilling Skills member of COSCA. She serves as a volunteer with the Blue Cross Pet Bereavement Support Service.
Claralynn founded the charity Friends of Early Buddhist Teachings, of which she is a trustee, and also leads a local meditation group, Forres Dhamma Friends. Jhanas, sila practice, early suttas, and study of Pali and 'Buddhist Chinese' are particular interests, and she will complete an MA in Buddhist Studies in 2018. Formerly she was the Buddhist representative to the Scottish Interfaith Council and the Edinburgh Interfaith Association, and is still active in Interfaith, having initiated Interfaith Moray.
